This past month has deeply reinforced my shift toward a strategist-coach hybrid leadership model. Africa is not behind in AI, it's at a turning point. The African Academy of Artificial Intelligence is committed to helping organisations build AI capability on their own terms, with the right strategy, the right skills, and the right governance.
We work alongside leadership teams, business schools, and governments across the continent to move AI from boardroom discussion to operational reality.
