No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT at 15% is added at checkout.

Is coaching accredited or SDL recoverable?

No. Coaching is unaccredited and is not SDL recoverable.

When do I pay?

Coaching is payable in advance. Pay online with Payfast, or ask for a tax invoice and pay by EFT.

How long is the block of eight valid?

Pay for the block upfront, then use your eight sessions within six months of purchase.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we will find a new time.

What is the difference between one-to-one and team coaching?

One-to-one coaching is for an individual leader, in 90-minute sessions. Team coaching is a half or full day for a department, with a skill or agent focus and no preparation or assessment.
